I'd like to introduce you to the NVR  Team ,
dedicated to making your stay in our vacation rentals
the very best it can be.

 
         
  Our newest member to join NVR is Jeremy, Nancy's nephew. Pictured here with his fiancĂ© while traveling in Costa Rica.    
         
  Betty McKie, my mother, is our bookeeper extraordinaire! She keeps us organized and lets us know if we make any mistakes in our addition on the contracts. She does the payroll,   the owners' statements and the city tax payments. This photo is from Betty's 80th Birthday celebration at the end of January, 2008. We gave her a French-themed party with about 50 guests, and can-can dancers (Jackie and I were two of them!)    
         
  Robert (Bobby) Wehr is our tech expert. He has his own company, Wehr Connected, and is on retainer to help you with your technical questions and challenges when you can't connect to the internet or get the TV remote to work or your DVD to play. He also rents laptops and printers and can supply you with a wireless card or just about any technical device you need. If I hadn't found Bobby, I might be bald by now from pulling my hair out trying to do this myself!
 		    
         
  Maria Myers and her professional cleaning staff (especially Patricia!) make sure that your accommodations are spotlessly clean and sanitary and stocked with supplies. This is especially challenging in the summer months when almost all 22 units have to be cleaned between 11 and 3 on Saturday afternoon! They also lets me know when a coffee pot is broken or a sheet is torn or the mattress cover is worn out from too many washings. Maria is such an integral part of being able to offer you quality accommodations!      
         
  Brian designed, built and keeps up our NVR website. Many people say it is the best vacation rental website they have seen and would you believe it was the first one he ever built? If you knew him, you wouldn't be surprised as he can do anything he puts his mind to and quite well, I might add. He is also responsible for most of the photos on the website. We have been together for 7 years and are getting married this June.

And finally, me, who pulls it all together. The buck stops here. I started by renting out my Paris apt when I took a voluntary furlough from working with United Airlines in Paris right after 9-11, 2001. Brian and I lived in my Bayfront Condo for six months while Robin (owner of Robin's Condo) and I ran for the HOA Board of Directors and fought for the right to rent our condos out as vacation rentals. With that hard-earned success, Brian and I decided to move to Julian and I started renting out the the bayfront condo as my second vacation rental. After cutting my teeth on those two, I began to take on requests from other owners in the same building to book their condos. Then with Brian's remodeling help, I converted some of my long-term rentals to vacation rentals. In less than 5 years, we have grown to 22 rentals!  I couldn't do it without this fantastic team I have assembled! Customer Service is our first priority! We promise to do our very best to make sure you enjoy your stay and will want to tell your friends and long to come back, time and time again.
