Reservation deposit- 1/3 of rental fee required at time of booking

Balance Due- 30 days prior to check-in date

Tax- City of San Diego occupancy tax is 10.5%

Federal Holidays, last two weeks of Dec, Spring Break are 20% higher than Regular Rates. No extra for July 4th week!

Refundable Security Deposit- $500 or Credit Card number on file

Cleaning/Laundry Fee- Non-Refundable, varies from $75-$150 depending on # bedrooms, # of occupants and length of stay.

Cancellation Policy- Full refund except $50 more than 30 days out, within 30 days we will refund what we can rebook (and I am quite good at that, see my guestbook comments)

Pack-n-Plays, bassinets, toddler beds, high-chairs, booster seats, available for a small rental/delivery fee.

We offer Travel Guard Travel Insurance, Please ask about it.
