Jessica's Pacific Beach Two Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of the Action and Charm of a Southern CA Beach community.

Renting my San Diego ocean and bay front properties, I continually got requests for something more modestly priced. It didn’t take long to see the need! We all know you can’t get a place ON the beach or bay for anything that approaches “modestly-priced” but, hey, the weather is just as nice 4 blocks from the beach! A leisurely stroll down to the beach to watch the sunset (and maybe even see the elusive “green flash”) is not only pleasant but good for us. These units are a Best at the Beach Bargain.

Last year, I decided to turn my 4-plex apartments into vacation rentals that young families, relatives of locals or a few young school teachers visiting from a foreign country could afford. they are not right on the beach but it doesn't have the price tag of a place right on the beach either. And a few blocks walking does you good! I'm hearing that most people plan to be out all day anyway, going to SeaWorld, the Zoo, walking along the beach or riding bikes on the boardwalk. Why pay for a view? We made a pass-through between the kitchen and living room to open it up, "California-style." We didn't remodel the kitchen because the 50s retro-look is coming back but it has new appliances and everything you need to cook at home. There are two grocery stores just a block away, Henry's (Whole Foods type) and Trader Joe's. Dozens of restaurants of all kinds are within walking distance. This is right in the heart of Pacific Beach! You don't even need a car but if you have one, I have private garage parking with automatic garage door openers. There is a shared laundry room. Jessica's apartment (named after my niece) has carpeted floors. I searched high and low for just the right comfy furniture and decorated it with loving care. They are always spotlessly clean! Maria and Patricia make sure of that! There are two couches, one is soft leather, the other is a queen sofa-bed. There's also a leather recliner. I have made sure it has everything you need to be able to just show up with your toothbrush and clothes, ready to enjoy a well-earned vacation. The linens are at least 300 count Egyptian cotton. The towels are big and fluffy. It also has high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD, and unlimited phone use within the USA. You can hardly get a standard cramped hotel room overlooking the freeway for what I am renting these roomy apartments for. I provide the beach towels, pack-pack style beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes. So come on down with your family and start enjoying our fabulous weather and beaches. There is no AC but there are fans, new double pane easy opening windows and a security screen door.

Come and enjoy the best climate in the U.S and all that San Diego has to offer without having to take out a loan to do it!
