	Brian's Pacific Beach Three Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of the Action and Charm of the Pacific Beach community. We want to welcome you to our comfortable, roomy, newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in our Four-Plex on Felspar St in Pacific Beach. This one is named after Brian, my soon-to-be husband and talented web-master, who did an excellent job on the remodel. This completely furnished apartment has tiled kitchen and baths, oak hardwood floors (the original floors!) and an open California-style fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It has a dining table for 4 in the kitchen and another dining table for 4 in the living room. There is WiFi and cable internet, cable TV (in living room and one bedroom), DVD and VCR players and books for young and old. You don't need a car as you can walk to about everything you will need within about 5 blocks but if you bring one, you don't have to worry about parking as you will have your own private garage with an automatic opener (larger SUVs and trucks may not fit) and two laundry rooms. In the garages, you will find beach cruiser bicycles with baskets and cable locks, back-pack style beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and lots of sand toys for the kids. There are beach towels inside the apt. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full (double) bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The living room loveseat is also a single bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. There are also usually single folding futon mattresses in the closet. There are double-pane windows on all 4 sides to let in lots of light and I have "white noise" machines (they sound like an air-conditioner running) in each bedroom for a restful night's sleep since these apts are right in the heart of Pacific Beach. I'm sure you will find them comfortable and conveniently located to all the major tourist attractions.

			Newly remodeled three bedroom located near everything you may need and in the heart of "Historic Pacific Beach".

			Comfortable seating area for watching TV. There are also bar stools at the counter dividing the living room and kitchen.

			This table is one of two. The other one is just off the kitchen and also seats 4.

			The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and everything you need for cooking meals at home. Two grocery stores just a block away (Henry’s and Trader Joes). Von’s and Ralph’s are about a half mile away. Also there is a high chair provided.

			This room has a queen bed and cable TV. Lots of closet space with closet organizer shelves and mirrored closet doors. Clock radio.

			This room can sleep another couple or two singles, the bottom bed is a full (double) bed.

			The "Wave bathroom" with tub and shower to relax in after a day at the beach or bay. Brian did a fabulous job on this tile!

			This bathroom is off the living room and has shower. You can see the provided beach towels in upper cubbyhole.

			Brian indented the area for the towel racks. Good idea, huh?

Amenities: Living room/dining room area includes Cable TV, High-speed Cable and Wireless Internet Connection, phone with unlimited calling in the USA, pull-out twin size sofa-sleeper. Fully-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, all dishes, glasses, pots and pans for cooking, spices, paper towels and napkins, place mats and table cloth. Each bedroom includes at least 300 count Egyptian cotton sheets, alarm clock and lots of closet space. Bathrooms include soft, fluffy towels, toilet paper and tissues, and hair dryer. There is are two laundry rooms with washer/dryer on premises. Each unit has it’s own private garage, a big plus in a beach area. Boogie boards, backpack-style beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella are provided for you. Beach toys for the kids. Eight adult beach-cruiser bicycles on premises to use on a first-come first-served basis.

No Smoking & No Pets.

Activities (on site or nearby): All major San Diego points of interest are just minutes away including Mission Bay Aquatic Park, San Diego Airport, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, the Midway Aircraft Museum and La Jolla, historic Gas Lamp District, Little Italy, Old Town, San Diego Bay & Harbor, Sea Port Village, Maritime Museum of San Diego with the Star of India & hundreds of restaurants. World class golf courses & other attractions abound in San Diego area. Rentals available on Mission Bay/beach: sailboat, catamaran, jet-ski, canoes, bicycle, surfboard & skates. Belmont Park is just a few blocks away & features amusement park rides such as the restored roller coaster "Giant Dipper Roller Coaster", & "The Plunge", a huge indoor swimming pool. Walks around the bay & watching the sunset on the beach are free! A little farther away is San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, the historic gold mining town of Julian in the mountains and the Anza Borrego Desert State park.
