Connie's condo is a corner unit which features 5 extra windows to the North in
addition to the fabulous West-facing panoramic view of "Sail Bay/ Mission
Bay" making it very light and cheery. Enjoy the sunset while cooking in the
kitchen, lounging in the living room or dining at the formal dining table.
A sliding glass door opens up onto the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and
beach.
Enjoy
cooking on the outdoor gas grill and dining on the balcony at the cozy
bistro table and chairs. It's great watching the fun activities on Sail Bay;
water-skiers, catamarans, sail boats, outrigger canoes, kite surfers etc.
Or, join the people on the boardwalk right below you riding bikes, skating,
jogging or taking a leisurely stroll. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony
as you watch the sunset over the ocean or walk around the bay 10 minutes to
the ocean and enjoy dinner at one of the many local oceanfront restaurants.
This condo has been recently remodeled, is beautifully furnished and has lovely hardwood floors throughout. No shoes in the house please. Bring your slippers or some sox. There is a queen size bed and TV in the bedroom and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. The bathroom features dual sinks and a large oval soaking tub/shower and a TV for watching your favorite show while taking a bubble bath after a long day of sightseeing. The building is gated, has an elevator and well-lit underground parking with a designated paking space. Each floor has a laundry room and trash chute.
