	Ginny's Mission Bay Condo on Riviera Drive Mission Bay Condo *Ginny’s* lovely condo up on the top (4^th) floor features a breath-taking 180 degree totally unobstructed panoramic view of beautiful Sail Bay. The almost floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and sliding glass door in the living room lead out to the balcony, with a table and chairs for enjoying the view. This is the only floor which provides a view of the entire ocean horizon as well as the bay. From here you might catch a glimpse of the green flash on cloudless days but on the days with a few clouds, the sunsets are magnificent. This large 900 sq ft penthouse condo with three (3) queen beds is tastefully decorated with accents of ocean blues, sandy tans and off-whites that accentuate relaxation and comfort. The gas fireplace is wonderful for cozy romantic evenings and the large comfy sofa and oversized chair are great for just relaxing with a book, watching TV or enjoying the view. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Since you are on the top floor, you will never hear anyone walking above you. Whether you are in the kitchen, living room, dining area or on the balcony, you will enjoy views of colorful sailboats, catamarans, outrigger canoes, and nearly professional water-skiers and wake boarders. At night, authentic paddlewheel boats cruise by the balcony all lit up and the colorful reflections of the lights across the bay are magical. The boardwalk just below offers the visitor opportunities to walk, jog, ride bikes, (two new beach cruisers have been provided by Ginny), rollerblade, etc. A favorite activity is to walk around the bay (about 10 minutes) to the ocean and have breakfast at the Atoll Restaurant or the Mission or dinner at one of the oceanfront restaurants such as World Famous or The Green Flash. 			Queen-size Murphy bed pulls down next to kitchen bar so living room and dining area are still available for others to enjoy.

			Master bedroom has a queen bed. Cable plasma T.V. and DVD are inside an armoire that has extra drawers for folded clothes. 16 feet of mirrored closet space (with extra pillows and blankets) assures that your luggage is not laying around in your way.

			Spacious bathroom has a large oval soaking tub (perfect for bubble baths) with a shower.

			Bathroom has double sinks for your convenience.

			The open kitchen is fully equipped and looks out onto the living room and patio for a beautiful full view of the bay. Bar area with 2 bar chairs is nice for a quick snack.

			Large living room with comfy sofa (queen-size bed for extra sleeping room) and dining area which opens to the patio/balcony. Floor to ceiling mirrored panels accentuate the penthouse panoramic view.

Amenities: Gated building with underground parking and storage area which houses beach chairs, two new beach cruisers, a beach umbrella, ice chests, horseshoes, boogie board and sand toys. The living room/dining area has a gas burning fireplace and floor to ceiling mirrored panels that enhance the penthouse panoramic view of the bay. A pull down queen-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sofa bed are provided for extra sleeping room. The balcony/patio that overlooks Mission and Sail Bays has 2 tables and four chairs and a George Foreman electric grill which is great for outside dining. There is a wet bar and desk area, phone, cable TV with music channels, VCR, DVD and high speed wireless internet access. Books, games, puzzles, movies, activities guide and area maps are provided. A fully equipped kitchen includes coffeemaker, blender, toaster, crock pot, wine rack, ice bucket, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice maker, double ovens, garbage disposal, trash compactor, coffee & tea, sugar, creamer and spices. All dishes, silverware, glassware and cooking utensils are included. The bedroom includes a new pillow-top queen-size bed and armoire, 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases, extra pillows and blankets, new flat screen TV with Cable, DVD and VCR, radio/alarm clock, reading lamps and lots of closet space. Bathroom includes a large oval soaking tub and shower, double sinks, towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bubble bath, paper products, hair dryer and beach towels. Other amenities include iron and ironing board, washer and dryer on floor and trash chute. No smoking or pets.

Activities (on site or nearby): All major San Diego points of interest are just minutes away including San Diego Airport, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, the Midway Aircraft museum and La Jolla, historic Gas Lamp District, Little Italy, Old Town, San Diego Bay & Harbor, Sea Port Village & hundreds of restaurants. World class golf courses & other attractions abound in San Diego area. Rentals available on Mission Bay/beach: sailboat, catamaran, jet-ski, canoes, bicycle, surfboard & skates. Belmont Park is just a few blocks away & features amusement park rides such as the restored roller coaster "Giant Dipper Roller Coaster", & "The Plunge", a huge indoor swimming pool. Walks around the bay & watching the sunset on the beach are free! A little farther away is San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, the historic gold mining town of Julian in the mountains and the Anza Borrego Desert State park.
