Evening to the south Joey’s condo is the newest to join our group and what a great addition! Situated on the South end of the building, this condo features 5 additional large south-facing windows making it warm and sunny all winter long and opening up the already fabulous view even more. Imagine yourself sitting on the couch watching the action on Sail Bay; water-skiers, catamarans, sail boats, and the UCSD ladies outrigger canoe teams. Or go out and join the people on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, or just strolling at leisure. Sip wine on the balcony from comfortable chairs as you watch the sunset or walk around the bay ten minutes to the ocean to watch for the green flash. At night you will see the two big paddle-wheel boats all lit up cruising right by your balcony, moonlight and lights of the strand across the bay reflecting off the water.

What a way to end a day

This Non-Smoking one bedroom condo features a 50-inch plasma TV with HD connection over the fireplace, stereo radio and CD player, DVD, VCR, a comfortable new recliner and L-shaped leather sofa. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and two additional single-size top quality roll-aways for children. In this 900 sq ft condo, there is plenty of room to place them where you like but store them out of the way in the 16 linear foot closet. A second cable TV is in the bedroom. The bathroom features dual sinks and an extra large travertine-tiled shower. (No bathtub.)

You can enjoy the view and sunset while cooking in the open California-style kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Why go to a restaurant with an inferior view or no view at all when everything you need for cooking your own meals is right here. Trader Joe’s is only a mile away and offers a wide variety of ready-to-heat-and-eat meals and gourmet salads, not to mention a fine selection of wines!
