Imagine yourself sitting at the dining table watching the action below you on Sail Bay; water-skiers, catamarans, sail boats, kite surfing. Or join the people on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, or just strolling at leisure. Sip wine on the balcony as you watch the sunset over the ocean or walk around the bay ten minutes to the ocean to watch for the green flash. Two new beach cruiser bicycles are provided for cruising around the beach area. At night you will see the two big paddle-wheel boats cruise right by your window, the lights of the strand across the bay and the moonlight reflecting off the water.

This Non-Smoking one bedroom condo also features a guest Queen bed that pulls down from the wall right in front of the sliding glass doors so you have the sensation that you are sleeping over the water. You will wake up to the most incredible changing colors on the bay. Pelicans sitting on the buoys and egrets standing on the shore. Open the triple panel sliding glass door all the way and you will feel like you are dining outside over the water.

Professionally decorated in the colors of the extensive shell collection displayed on specially lit shelves and cabinets. Adjustable mood lighting throughout. Gas-log fireplace turns on in an instant. This is a very romantic place!

			If “pictures say a thousand words,” need I say more? Sunsets like this are the norm not the exception and what better place to enjoy them!

			Our new glass balcony railings really show off the view and with the sliding glass doors that open a full eight feet, it gives the feeling of dining outdoors. Multi-purpose dining/game table is definitely in the right spot and comfy swivel chairs are on rollers for easy movement! Sitting here you can surf the net from our free wireless internet connection.

			Spacious living room & dining room opens to deck. Guest Murphy bed pulls down from the wall on the right giving you a very comfortable queen bed with night view of the colored lights across the bay reflecting off the water. You awaken to the soft colors of early morning. All lighting throughout the condo is controlled by dimmers so you can set the mood with as much or as little light as you like.

			Kitchen is open to living room and view so you’ll never miss a sunset or feel “stuck in the kitchen” here!

			Comfy pillow-top Queen bed, 16 feet of cedar-lined closet space with mirrored doors plus lots of drawer space. TV and VCR connected to Cable television for your viewing pleasure are in the hutch across the room (not shown). A variety of movies are provided, also.

			Easy, no mess gas-log fireplace makes it so cozy, warm and romantic in the winter. Over the fireplace is a flat-screen Plasma TV with Cable.

			Believe it or not this feature gets more comments in my condo guest book than anything else. It’s the king of “thrones” with a heated seat, buttons for warm water wash for front or rear, dryer and deodorizer.
