A message from Nancy...

Greetings from sunny San Diego, and thank you for visiting my Vacation Rental web-page. Are you a little nervous about renting a place over the Internet from a total stranger? I understand! After all, it’s your hard-earned vacation time and money at stake here. You may even have been given the responsibility for finding the perfect place for your friends or family members for that special occasion and they’re depending on you. Gulp! Well, the best way I know to assure yourself is to read the comments from previous guests. Call or email the ones who have graciously provided that information or ask me to provide you with some references. I probably have some from your area. I can’t think of any of my guests that would not be willing to chat with you, but I know most of them are leery about putting their private email addresses and/or phone numbers on the web for anyone to see.

I have assembled a variety of outstanding Vacation Rentals in San Diego and France that I know you will enjoy. We’ve strived to make them as comfortable as your own home, not pretentious but nicely furnished, warm and cozy….and romantic! I’ve solicited feedback from my guests and listened to their suggestions; Little things like always providing an extra set of keys, having a place to stand up your toothbrush in the bathroom, providing a few toiletries you might have forgotten or special things such as bubble bath, candles, High-Speed Internet connections, jigsaw puzzles, novels, tour books, maps and a binder-full of local information to point you in the right direction to the nearest grocery store, the best restaurants, and a few lesser known attractions that you might otherwise have missed.

Please click on the rental of your choice and take a look at Brian’s photos. You don’t have to worry about these photos making the places look better than they really are, like a lot of destination brochures we’ve all experienced. We have not moved furniture around to make the rooms look bigger or taken “artistic license” to make them look better. “What you see is what you get.” I guarantee it!  They say, “Pictures are worth a thousand words.” Well, that may be true, and Brian’s done an excellent job in that area, but please read the words, too. I tried hard to describe the exact settings, which I hope you will soon be enjoying yourself. Even more importantly, I hope you will take the time to read the many comments my guests have written. They describe the places, the areas, their feelings about staying there and about working with me much better and probably more credibly than I could ever hope to. I’m very proud of these comments and look forward to having your glowing comments added to them!

Thank You
