Located just two blocks north of Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach, next to Mission Beach, half-way between Downtown Gas Lamp district and La Jolla. Walk to a myriad of wonderful ethnic, seafood, and American restaurants and shopping. Ride our provided bikes on the miles and miles of ocean-front and bay-front boardwalk. Watch the pelicans skimming the waves in formation and catch a glimpse of dolphin playing in the surf.

This high end luxury condo was just beautifully remodeled in March 2009. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and an ocean view! One bathroom has a walk in shower and the other has a tub/shower combination. High quality sheets and towels, hair dryer, iron, alarm clocks.

Flat screen TV with cable and DVD, high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi, iPod docking station. Top-of-the-line Sealy queen sofa-sleeper with 5 inch mattress and tilt up feature for reading or watching TV in bed. Dining table with 6 chairs is right by the floor-to-ceiling windows for dining, playing family games or just visiting...with an amazing ocean view!

We provide bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels and beach chairs. The laundry room has 11 washers and dryers so you can do your laundry and be back out on the beach in no time flat!

  This was the first time renting from Nancy and we would do it again. The rental process was straightforward and the charges to our credit card as expected. About 4 days before our arrival we not only received email instructions, but also listings of restraunts, grocery stores/pharmacies, local attractions, and hospitals. Nancy also sent a webiste link for coupons to local attractions. This was a great bonus! The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and toys to use during our stay. The sofa sleeper was suprisingly comfortable too! We used the internet connection alot, had no trouble using the shared laundry facilities, pool, and hot tub. The building was well kept and quiet. The view from the condo is spectacular and the beach was only a couple minute walk for even our 3 small children. Our family was also able to walk to many restraurants from the condo as well (note there are many bars within walking distance too). The secured

  Thank you for sharing your home. It's been 10 years since vacationing at Pacific Beach and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Everything was perfect and we will be booking another visit soon. This location is the best in the area, safe, secure and easy access to the beach. The views are absolutely the best from every room in the condo! Sleep with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves relaxing you. Only problem was we hated to leave. The beach chairs were an added plus, we used them every day. Thanks again.
