Or go down the elevator to join the people strolling on the boardwalk or ride the four provided beach cruiser bikes on miles and miles of paths along the bay and oceanfront.

Sip wine on the balcony as you watch the sunset over the ocean and watch for the green flash. At night you will see the two big paddle-wheel boats cruise right by your window, the lights of the strand across the bay and the moonlight reflecting off the water.

This large (900 sq ft) newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo features cherrywood cabinets and tumbled travertine splash and quartz counter-tops. You'll get a good night's sleep on the new Tempur-Pedic memory foam king-size bed and you can watch TV or movies from bed. It also features a guest Queen Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall right in front of the sliding glass doors and you have the sensation that you are sleeping over the water. You wake up to the most incredible changing colors on the bay. There is also a new queen sofa bed so more family members can wake up to the beautiful view. A large new flat screen TV sits above the fireplace.

Watch the pelicans sitting on the buoys and egrets standing on the shore, and open the triple panel sliding glass door all the way and you will feel like you are dining outside over the water.

Professionally decorated in the colors of the extensive shell collection displayed on specially lit shelves, cabinets, and in dining table. Fabulous adjustable lighting lets you have as much or as little light as you want. Gas-log fireplace turns on in an instant. This is a very romantic place!

It has a large flat panel TV, DVD and docking station for your iPod, as well as games, puzzles and books. (There is also a single Hide-a-Mat, toddler bed, Pack-n-Play, high chair, etc. available). There also is a laundry room with coin op front loading washers and dryers just 30 feet down the hallway.
