Ginny's lovely condo up on the top (4th) floor features a breath-taking 180 degree totally unobstructed panoramic view of beautiful Sail Bay. The almost floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and sliding glass door in the living room lead out to the balcony, with a table and chairs for enjoying the view. This is the only floor which provides a view of the entire ocean horizon as well as the bay. From here you might catch a glimpse of the green flash on cloudless days but on the days with a few clouds, the sunsets are magnificent.
This large 900 sq ft penthouse condo has 3 queen beds and is tastefully decorated with accents of ocean blues, sandy tans and off-whites that accentuate relaxation and comfort. The gas fireplace is wonderful for cozy romantic evenings and the large comfy sofa and over-sized chair are great for relaxing with a book, watching TV or enjoying the view. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are fully equipped with all the necessities of home. Since you are on the top floor, you will never hear anyone walking above you. A large flat screen HDTV, internet with WiFi, iPod docking station, 500 music channels, and unlimited phone usage within the USA and Canada. Coin Op front loading washer and dryer just 30 feet down the hallway.
Whether you are in the kitchen, living room, dining area or on the balcony, you will enjoy views of colorful sailboats, catamarans, outrigger canoes, and nearly professional water-skiers and wake boarders. At night, authentic paddle-wheel boats cruise by the balcony all lit up and the colorful reflections of the lights across the bay are magical.
The boardwalk just below offers the visitor opportunities to walk, jog, ride bikes, (2 new beach cruisers have been provided by Ginny), roller-blade, etc. A favorite activity is to walk around the bay (about 10 minutes) to the ocean and have breakfast at the Atoll Restaurant or the Mission or dinner at one of the oceanfront restaurants such as World Famous or The Green Flash.
This is truly a great place to stay for a wonderful relaxing vacation!
