This is an upscale quiet residential neighborhood in North Pacific Beach, just a half block from the ocean and Law St Palisades Park (voted best beach overlook in SD). Sit on your spacious ocean view deck and watch the surfers and the sunset or climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck for an even more expansive view! Walk a half block, take the wide ramp down to the beach and wiggle your toes in the sand.Walk walk along the surfline or go up to the boardwalk and go for a long walk or take our provided beach cruiser bicycles as this is at the beginning of the Pacific/Mission Beach boardwalk which stretches for at least three miles along the oceanfront, all the way to the jetty.

This spacious two bedroom/two bath home, the top unit of a duplex, is the place for gathering outdoors! Amazing ocean views, BBQ and table and chairs for enjoying outdoor meals. There is a king bed and a queen bed. Cable TV, WiFi, unlimited calling within the USA and Canada. Parking in the driveway. It's called the Jetson House because it is furnished with a colorful collection of mid-50s modern furniture and collectibles, reminiscent of The Jetsons TV program of the early 60s.   I love this house! Great furniture. Comfy beds. Very nice kitchen to cook in with new washer and dryer. Wonderful back deck and yard. On block from the beach, convenient to everything. When we complained that the internet access was poor, Nancy delivered a new router and it was working the next day. We come to San Diego for a conference every year and will never stay with anyone else! Great service. Thank you Nancy and Robert!
