This nicely landscaped 5-unit apartment on the ground floor is in a quiet neighborhood of Pacific Beach on Haines St between Fortuna and Pacific Beach Drive, just a couple blocks from lovely Sail Bay, the part of 4000 acre Mission Bay Aquatic Park that is the closest to the ocean, and one mile from SeaWorld.

It features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, and two full bathrooms each with a tub/shower combination. The living room sofa also makes into a sofabed for extra sleeping room, if needed. There is a large flatscreen cable TV with free premium movie channels, cable internet with WiFi and a phone with unlimited nationwide calling. A gas-log fireplace adds warmth and ambiance in the winter months. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating at home and there is also a gas BBQ grill on a small patio with an outdoor table for four.

The kitchen has a breakfast table for four and the dining room area also has a dining table for four with an extra leaf. Parking for two cars, one in the garage and the other on the side of the building. Coin-op laundry room with laundry soap provided.

This is a comfortable family home close to everything but economical enough that you can still take in SeaWorld, LegoLand and the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park.
