Below you will find details about our 2 bed/ 1 bath home, Jeremy’s Felspar Apartment located in the heart of Pacific Beach.

Vacation in the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach and Bay area without paying a fortune! This lovely renovated 4-plex is just four blocks from the beach, and they all are fully-furnished vacation rentals. Affordable and cozy, these family friendly units don't boast the ocean view that some properties have, but they don't have the hefty price tag either! Jeremy's unit (named for my nephew who helped renovate the unit) is priced for your budget with all the comforts of home for your family. There is a new king size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy all San Diego has to offer in these comfortable apartments with oak hardwood floors and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay including beach cruiser bicycles! All you need to do is bring your clothes, toiletries, and sunglasses. Located in the very heart of Pacific Beach, these apartments are only a short distance from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller coaster, Seaport Village, downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park.

If you don't feel like driving, park your car in the private garage and forget about it. You can get by just fine on your feet, by bicycle, or public transportation! Everything you need is within four blocks including beaches, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars, both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach, and the local bus stop. You can always hop on one of our easy rider beach cruisers and get around that way as well. 

We can provide an air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve the inventory.
Come and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer without spending all your money on the rental fee! We provide a coin-operated laundry room and each unit has wireless internet, too.

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

everything was great except parking we sometimes had to park three blocks away that happen twice there is only street parking the garage is to small for a regular car there are many bars and restaurants around the property and the people that frequent them take all the parking spots

We would recommend this location for a young family as it is conveniently located to the beach and central to local area attractions and restaurants. It only us 15 minutes d to get to the airport.

We never expected to enjoy our stay as much as we did! What a great experience. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully loaded with all of the tools we needed and the courtyard with the tables and seating was so relaxing! The location was exactly what we were wanting. Rather than stay in a hotel, we enjoyed walking to the grocery stores, restaurants and the beach in a comfy home rather than a stuffy hotel room! I will always look for property's like these when going on vacation from here on out! This property and company is highly recommended.

A group of us from all over the country came together for a friend's wedding in PB. We rented one of the units on Feldspar for the week. The rental was perfect for what we needed it for. We are all in our lower 30's and weren't planning on being at the rental much other than sleeping. The location was perfect. It was within blocks from a couple of grocery stores and some really good night life. Having the use of 4 beach cruisers was huge. The boardwalk was only 6 blocks away and we could cruise the bikes all the way to Mission Beach within 20 mins. Not having AC was a little concern, but there were plenty of fans. It was also nice that a really nice gas grill was available. We were able to eat a couple of family meals. Overall, we were really impressed with the rental and we will be back for our yearly trip to PB.

Please note our policies:

Summer 2020 Booking Policy: 

Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2020, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. Friday or Sunday arrival/departures ONLY over the holiday.
*Please contact us if your plans differ from this policy to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season. 
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From June-August, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.


Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
