We're remodeling! February, March and April 2020 are blocked off for an extensive remodel. We're installing AC in every room, new flooring, new appliances, new stair railing, totally remodeled bathrooms, texture and paint and all new furniture. We will take new pictures when we are done. We can't wait to show you!  

Below you will find details about our 4 bed/ 3 bath vacation home, Taylor's Townhome on the Bay, located on Mission Bay in Mission Beach.

This is the perfect vacation home for families to get together. This comfortable condo has a panoramic view right on Sail Bay with the sand and boardwalk right below you and Mission Beach just a half mile away. Just walk downstairs and your toes are in the sand! The front is all glass on both levels with a long balcony and BBQ just off the living room.

On the first level (1 floor up from the sand), the living room-dining room combination has a fantastic view of the bay as does the recently remodeled California-style open kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. Please note that the common area is on the smaller side for the number of guests the unit can hold, but it is cozy and welcoming! Also on the first level, there is 1 bedroom with twin beds, a desk and a bathroom with a walk- in shower. We have installed a full-size stacked front-loading washer/dryer just off the kitchen for your convenience.

On the second level (2 floors up from the sand) is a master bedroom with a magnificent view of the bay, a high open-beam wood ceiling, and a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top. All of them have high, open-beam ceilings. The condo is fully furnished with high quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range and cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, under cabinet lighting and microwave oven, and more to enjoy family dinners at home! There is a new 48" flatscreen TV, Cable, and Wi-Fi.

Parking is a single carport (will accommodate 2 small cars in tandem or one large SUV) with additional free, overnight public parking just a 3 minute walk away at El Carmel Street.

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

See above. Overall, we loved the location of the property. It was convenient to everything and the Bay side seemed to be a good choice for quiet. While we missed the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze, we did not miss the noise that comes with the party crowds on the ocean side of Mission Beach. The condo was adequate for our needs and with as many people as we had, everyone had plenty of space (everyone had a bed) and bathrooms were not an issue as they have been in other rentals where our whole group has been present.

Summer 2020 Booking Policy: 

Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2020, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. Friday or Sunday arrival/departures ONLY over the holiday.
*Please contact us if your plans differ from this policy to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!) 

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From June-August, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am. 

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call! 

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking! 

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
