Below you will find details about our 2 bed/ 2 bath vacation home, Dave’s Double Master Suite, located in Mission Beach! 
 
This quiet home is just 50 feet from the oceanfront and 300 feet from the bay. This large comfortable duplex boasts a rooftop deck with great views from the jacuzzi! This property has the top 2 floors of a 3 story duplex. This home away from home is just waiting for you and your family.

This half of the duplex is a 1421 square ft condo with 2 master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Both master bedrooms have new mattresses as of June 2018, and are the same mattress that was chosen for the Pope to sleep on while he was visiting the USA. Loom and Leaf by Savaata organic memory foam (made from plants) encased in organic cotton. Both suites have large TVs, balconies and full bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub). Granite counters and tile floors throughout the condo will make you feel like you're living in luxury. The living room has a large flat screen TV, queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, a high end massage chair, and balcony. You won't feel like you're missing anything cooking in the California style kitchen which is open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining at home and can accommodate 6 at the table and there are 4 seats available at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath powder room on this floor for your convenience! Step out onto the living room balcony and enjoy an ocean view!

There is a 2 car garage but one car must be a compact due to the layout of the garage. Ride along the boardwalk and people watch with the 2 beach cruiser bikes that are provided, additionally boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys are available for guests to use.

The large deck on the 3rd bedroom has a jacuzzi and a gas BBQ, small bar, barstools and views of the ocean, just perfect for enjoying the California lifestyle! Extra bonus is great views of SeaWorld's nightly fireworks in the summer and on New Year’s Eve. If you need extra parking there are city parking lots within a quarter mile on both the bayside and oceanside.
We can provide an air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve the inventory.

This location is hard to beat! It's within minutes from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller coaster, Seaport Village, downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Come and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer including our unbeatable weather.

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us. 

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. 

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available. 

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please. 

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Another great time in Mission Beach. This property is in just the right spot; bars, beach, restaurant and everything else you could want with steps of the condo. The hot tub on the upper balcony is always a hit. This is our third stay here and we absolutely intend to come back. Theres always a peaceful place to sit and watch the waves, read a book, bbq, listen to music. Thank you for this amazing place and wonderful service. Mike

Setting up the rental took no time at all and all of the check in information was in hand moments after hanging up the phone.

This is the second time our family has stayed here and we will definitely be coming back. Being right on the water, in a place large enough to sleep two families, is perfect. Everything you could need for a beach day is in the garage. A BBQ and a hot tub on the third floor both help make the end of every day just right. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, LegoLand and more are minutes away. This is the best rental condo we've stayed at!

Summer 2020 Booking Policy: 

Saturday to Saturday required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2020, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. Friday or Sunday arrival/departures ONLY over the holiday.
*Please contact us if your plans differ from this policy to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.

Nightly Minimum Policy: 
4 night minimum required in the off season. 
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option. 

(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!) 

Arrival/Departure Policy: 
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From June-August, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am. 


Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call! 

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $50/pet plus tax, plus $20 upgrade to our peace of mind damage waiver is required with approval. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet’s stay.
