This is a very nice and clean place with beautiful views. The golf cart allows you to be mobile and roam the town of Avalon without the need for a taxi or shuttle. That, to me, is very important in making our stay more enjoyable.

Nancy was responsive to all my questions, had clear instructions, and the home was comfortable. The golf cart was useful and did the job, but steering can be challenging at times. It would be great if the golf cart can be upgraded. Overall, my family had a fun time in Catalina Island!

The place was outstanding! The views were spectacular! The golf cart caused us no troubles and was well used by us for dinners, shopping, exploring, and anywhere we wanted to go! The minor issues were the most foul smelling dishwasher. There was clearly something rotting in it for days. We called about it and several small items like blinds not hung up, etc. Though they do have 7 day customer service they are clearly not near the property, and obviously rely on the contracted cleaners and repairmen. With that said we ran an empty cycle of the dishwasher, and it cleared the smell up. The dishwasher is well past it's use, and we had to hand wash all dishes, which is fine, but they give you only 2 dish towels and no dish drainer. It was an inconvenience, but manageable; however important enough for the host to maybe consider fixing. We hung the blinds ourselves, and they seemed to stay, not sure why it was off. Noone ever came the whole week we were there to fix anything!

We had a wonderful stay! The condominium was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Catalina and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
