PB 3bd steps to beach, a/c, gated parking and pets

Great location! The listing said a pack n play was available but when I asked to verify that it would be there I was told I’d have to rent one for $12/day. Same with a high chair. So we brought our own, only to find one in the closet when we arrived. I also had to do a pre- check in phone call, upload my passport/ DL onto a separate website, and also find street parking first to get the gate to open when checking in. The space was big and great for a family of 6. So close to the beach and the bay! We enjoyed our stay.

Close to everything and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to nightlife. Easy beach access and stocked with all the equipment to enjoy the beach. Walkable to everything. Great spot to enjoy Pacific Beach.

The location of this stay was excellent and it was awesome that they provided beach equipment since you could walk to the beach from the location. I found the check in process to be a little strange. Having to go out of the Airbnb site another website to complete check in and get on the phone with their staff twice before we arrived felt burdensome, although I can appreciate why they may have decided to do that. Just a heads up for others who stay with them.

We had a great stay and the location was excellent, between 2 main beaches and the bay, all walking distance. House is big and 3 bathrooms 3 bedrooms are perfect for a family. There were a few small things that could have been better: water dispenser in fridge not working and we were not told there was a filter pitcher until 2 days later when we brought up the problem, the 'side' doors were very hard to find especially at night because there is mark, indication or sign and instructions were unclear, the toilet in master bathroom kept getting the tank chain detached at every flush, and the stairwell carpet could use replacement. But overall it's a great place and very comfortable. No view though on either side, other than palm trees. But you can just walk 3 min and you will see the ocean! Host was mostly quick in responding and always pleasant. The price Is a bit high but considering the location and San Diego prices I guess it was normal. We had a great gateway and enjoyed our stay.
