This second-floor condo is part of an eight-unit complex, just two blocks north of Belmont Park, and includes a private rooftop deck with BBQ and seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Just walk down the stairs and across the boardwalk, and your toes are in the sand! Watch all the activity on the boardwalk or join in yourself. The open California-style kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home. Sleeping accommodations include: • Master Bedroom: Queen bed with a view • Second Bedroom: Two twin beds • Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. Beach accessories are included: 2 beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler.
