Great place! Has 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. Very clean with updated furniture, appliances and pretty remodel. Has a cozy coastal beach vibe yet large. We're a family of 6 and it was perfect with kid's. It's close to multiple beaches and SeaWorld. Very quiet neighborhood and fun walking around looking at the beautiful homes. I highly recommend this home and we definitely will be back.

We stayed for 8 days and we were a little worried because we were from out of state. The neighborhood was so peaceful and we felt very safe. We heard very few sirens during our stay and it was from the downtown part of the city. The weather was amazing even though the UV index is high. The neighbors were very friendly and even offered a tour of the coast on the day we were leaving. Everything you need is within 15 minutes. Zoo, Balboa park, USS Midway tour, food, groceries and even the California burritos. The NASCAR Coronado race on the base is the reason we came to San Diego but the atmosphere and weather is the reason we will come back. Nancy’s team did an excellent job communicating and taking care of the place. The lawncare crew had all new flowers in the flower beds and came by on Wednesday to touch everything up.

This Point Loma home is absolutely lovely! The great room, dining and kitchen are beautiful with views of downtown San Diego. The back yard is very nice and the recreation room downstairs is an added bonus. Very nice neighborhood and the house was very clean upon our arrival. We would definitely rent this home again!
