Overall a great place to stay!
Pros:
-Convenient location
-Bay side water views
-Quiet neighbors
-Spacious and family friendly
-Cozy and comfortable
-They supply you with toys, chairs, and boogie boards for the beach
Cons:
-Loud noise from highway and trolley traffic
-Older home, master bathroom was extremely small. Literally a 1-person bathroom.
-They only give you a limited amount of supplies so if you run out you have to buy more, understandable but annoying for the price paid.
-Early check in costs extra

Overall, the stay was solid, but there were some things that would have made the stay go beyond our expectations.
Pros:
• Lots of towels, bedding, and an extra mattress
• Inspector came to ensure the internet was running fast, that the TVs were working, and asked the neighbor to move their car so we could park on the driveway
• Kitchen was large and spacious
• 5gal water jugs were provided
• A/C cooled the house quickly
• Sunroom had a beautiful view of Mission Bay
Cons:
• Hidden costs - The listing says “dog and kid friendly” with high chairs, cribs, etc. - what is not noted is the additional fees (not just deposits). The dog fee is $200 and for cribs/high chairs, not only is there a fee for renting, you also have to pay for delivery.
• Kitchen supplies were sparse (no spatula or cooking utensils, no foil/plastic wrap, etc.)
• Some of the windows wouldn’t open
• Small maintenance things needed to be taken care of (toilet paper holder was broken)

Super cozy place with plenty of sis e for my family of 6. Walking distance to the bay or a short drive to sea world. We enjoyed our stay and thankful our original location fell through so we had the opportunity we did at Nancy’s location.

Enjoyed my stay. The home was as described and the property manager was responsive and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the sunset view from the balcony was nice, too! Note: The train/trolley and I-5 freeway are in front of the house (between the home and the view of the bay), so if the hum of the freeway is a bother, the fans /AC help with a bit of white noise. I also loved the blackout curtains in the master bedroom, and that I could walk my dog from the home over the bridge to the sidewalk that runs alongside the bay.
