Nancy's place was a wonderful place to spend our family vacation. The location was great! Comfortable spacious home. We were well pleased with just about everything. One shower had weak water pressure and no place to hang a bath towel. There are a few tweaks that could be made but we would rent again no question.

Overall a great place to stay! Pros: -Convenient location -Bay side water views -Quiet neighbors -Spacious and family friendly -Cozy and comfortable -They supply you with toys, chairs, and boogie boards for the beach Cons: -Loud noise from highway and trolley traffic -Older home, master bathroom was extremely small. Literally a 1-person bathroom. -They only give you a limited amount of supplies so if you run out you have to buy more, understandable but annoying for the price paid. -Early check in costs extra

Overall, the stay was solid, but there were some things that would have made the stay go beyond our expectations. Pros: • Lots of towels, bedding, and an extra mattress • Inspector came to ensure the internet was running fast, that the TVs were working, and asked the neighbor to move their car so we could park on the driveway • Kitchen was large and spacious • 5gal water jugs were provided • A/C cooled the house quickly • Sunroom had a beautiful view of Mission Bay Cons: • Hidden costs - The listing says “dog and kid friendly” with high chairs, cribs, etc. - what is not noted is the additional fees (not just deposits). The dog fee is $200 and for cribs/high chairs, not only is there a fee for renting, you also have to pay for delivery. • Kitchen supplies were sparse (no spatula or cooking utensils, no foil/plastic wrap, etc.) • Some of the windows wouldn’t open • Small maintenance things needed to be taken care of (toilet paper holder was broken)
