Perfect for a romantic getaway, Karla’s South Corner Condo is a 1BR/1BA retreat with one of the best views on the east side of Sail Bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony offer 180° views of Mission Bay, sunsets, and bay activities—kite-boarders, sailboats, water skiers, and more. The open living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and real wood cabinets—perfect for dining in. The bathroom has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. Coin-operated laundry is conveniently located down the hall. Optional portable AC units are available for rent—please contact us to reserve. Enjoy the private balcony with electric grill and seating for two, or take the two provided complimentary bikes to explore the boardwalk and Mission Beach.

Comfortable condo. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the morning breeze and people watching was great. Very good location and easy to get around.

My husband and i enjoyed our time here so much!!! From the moment we checked in which was easy and the information given to us about check in and check out was perfect! The view was out of this world ! The only downside was that we wished we could stay longer! Would recommend this place to anyone! And will be back!

From the moment you open the door, you have an amazing expansive view of the bay, the sand, and the sun. All amenities you need, and the parking spot is a major plus. Tasteful decor, a bit outdated but in perfect condition. Huge bathroom shower, plenty of privacy, and windows everywhere for awesome views and breeze. Very comfortable and inviting. My kids rank this staycation the GOAT!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was super peaceful. Beach view from every room. The lighting system in the home is next level. They are very proactive with their communication (way more communicative than any other Airbnb host). Instructions are super clear and everyone I spoke to was friendly prior to check in. I would definitely stay here again!
