New photos! Bayfront Penthouse plus parking+bikes!

We loved our stay at this place! We watched the sunset every night, it was easily walkable to a delicious pizza place and other restaurants. Steps from the beach which made it easy with our kids. It was clean and the shower had the best pressure!

Beautiful place with outstanding views. We were provided with instructions on how to enter the facility. The instructions were very accurate. The other people in the building were friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and calming place to relax.

The View! I brought my Mom down to SD to get her out of the heat. She has mobility issues and this unit was great. It has underground parking and an elevator. She only had to walk a short distance. Once inside the unit was nice too. She could sit on the couch and see the beautiful view. There is a great breeze when you have the screened front door open, but there were several fans avaliable to use too. The shower had great pressure and instant hot water. The kitchen was very well equipped, it even had an air fryer. When I got home I told my hubbie how perfect it was and we are looking at our calendar to see when we can go. 💯 recommend.

Cannot say enough about the stunning views of the bay. The bistro table & chairs were our favorite spot to relax first thing with coffee and at end of the day! Nice breezes and no bugs- love PB in July. The king bed was very, very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the bay each morning (Crown Point Coffee is an easy walk and delicious). We didn’t end up using the bikes as the seats were not adjustable but appreciated having them as an option. The instructions for all doors and gates were clear. Car was safe in underground gated parking; need key in elevator to get to parking - we felt safe. This was perfect place for 2.
