New Photos! Direct beach access+pool+parking

Very clean extremely fast responding perfect location. I live locally in San Diego and I’m in the middle of moving houses and my house isn’t ready until the first so I stayed at Nancy’s for two weeks with a friend of mine. I would say the only downside was no AC but then I read you can add AC so you can’t beat the location and I’ve lived everywhere pretty much in La Jolla and Pacific Beach. It is a two bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa that I did not realize it was a sleeper sofa, but I would definitely recommend it to my mom when she visits Nancy keep doing what you’re doing. It’s people like you that make Airbnb so great.

Localização perfeita, de frente para o mar e com muitas opções de restaurantes e comércio sem precisar utilizar o carro. O apartamento é de acordo com as fotos. A falta de ar-condicionado foi um fator negativo pois pegamos dias muito quentes e fez falta na hora de dormir. Também sentimos falta de mais panelas para cozinhar. Mas deu tudo certo e a estadia foi ótima.

Great location, walkable to everything. Windows need to stay open for cooling but that’s typical of San Diego. Place was very large. Some of the shower curtains and closet space could use some updates, they’re a bit rusty and one of the closets is filled and less space to put things away. It’s steps to the beach and that’s exactly what I wanted for my stay. Everyone keeps the front door to the building propped open all day which kind of worried me at night, wasn’t very noisy
