New furniture and photos! Oceanfront+pool+parking

I can’t wait to come back. The location and view was perfect, and the place had all the little things you’d need “living” there that you don’t really thing about. While small for our family of four, it was the perfect place for us with the pool, beach just outside, and tons of great walkable restaurants. The parking spot is convenient and fit our rental sedan fine. The place is managed by a company and they are communicative and helpful. Overall I loved this place and it will be on the top of our list for the next trip.

House was comfortable and nice . I think I learned something new . If you are close to the ocean no A/C . But it was breeze at night and fans helped . Lots of things to do and eat at . We had a great Girls week at this apartment. The view was amazing. There was no AC but it was very comfortable with the windows open. Lots of restaurants nearby and Ralphs supermarket was only 0.4 miles away. There was also a nice walking path overlooking the water.

You can’t beat this location. It is right in the middle of one of the coolest beach areas in Southern California. The parking space is key because parking in that area can be difficult. It’s so central that you can walk to most of the local things, but going for a drive is fine too because you know that spot is there when you come back. Keep in mind this is an older condo complex. So though it is maintained well and the condo has some updates, this is not a luxury stay. The people at Nancy’s Rentals provided some of the best customer service I have received. They communicated proactively and responded almost immediately whenever I messaged them in the App. I was so impressed that I would select one of their properties in the future based on knowing how well they conduct business and make sure the customer is taken care of. This was an amazing stay that felt like I was a local who lives on the beach for a week.
