Beautiful Bayfront Penthouse-beach, parking, bikes

We love staying at Nancy’s rentals, views are amazing..all the amenities you need..great location! This was our third time staying in one of their rentals and we look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful location, however multiple difficulties with access to listed amenities. Once we were able to contact host company, via Airbnb- multiple numbers provided in messaging were NOT in service; some issues were resolved quickly. Overall great condo and great location.

Great location.

Beautiful place and spectacular views! Instructions needed clarification. Couldn’t get lock box in garage open, so no beach gear. WiFi instructions were incomplete… needed network information and full password. Couldn’t get to room from garage with luggage. Had to drag luggage up some stairs to get to another elevator to get to room. Too many codes and unclear which ones got you in the door. Some frustration but once inside views made up for it.

I've stayed in this building many times before so I'm familiar with how to access the garage and the unit, etc. The management has become very strict about check-in access to units. Unit codes aren't given until after 4pm. Also, my understanding is that if an early check-in is requested there's an hourly fee for that. I've never heard of *anywhere* charging a fee for early access. That really shouldn't be a thing. If the unit is available early, give access without a charge, like everywhere else. We received a super prompt response when I reported our garage door clicker wasn't working. Thank you. Appreciate it. Other than that, we LOVE 3888. Have stayed all over the building. We have our favorite units. Unit #403 could use a ceiling fan in the bedroom, as it gets quite warm in there. Little ventilation in the summer. The kitchen is well stocked. TV instructions were great. Many thanks for arranging ahead of time the foam rubber pillows and electrical outlets beside each side of the bed. We'll be back, just dunno when. Thanks for all you do. Much appreciated. The location is perfect for us and you can't beat the view!
