Although at first glance this site was a bit rundown, the location and amenties were worth it. Furniture and bathrooms need a little love, but kitchen had what we needed for cooking and food storage. Cannot beat the balcony and accessibility to the beach! The garage was tiny but functional. Overall, a 5 for location and amenties but a 3 for facilities. It worked for us.

We loved our stay at Nancy’s! The location was excellent and the space was large with many sleeping options. The place was also equipped with beach gear and plenty of towels which made it super easy as a family with young kids. Would definitely return.

Staying here was kind of a mixed bag. The space itself and the amenities were pretty dated and could use some upgrades. The parking situation was TINY and incredibly stressful given that we had to rent a large SUV and share a tiny garage. It also wasn’t communicated that there wasn’t laundry anywhere on the actual property (and the laundry they mentioned in the listing was coin operated). However, you cannot beat the location and the beach being our main activity meant we spent very little time in the unit as it was. Walking up to the smell of cinnamon rolls was also a plus! Location gets an 11/10, everything else gets a 5/10.
