We celebrated My Daughter‘s 18th birthday. It was very convenient the area walking distance from the beach. restaurants, stores, coffee, shops we loved the location. we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay! The space is so close to the beach and shops and has a great coffee and acai bowl shop at the entrance. They were very responsive when we had a hard time with finding the parking and figuring out the different entrance gates and codes.

Overall, a WONDERFUL place to stay. One block from the beach, parking spots included, full kitchen, plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards etc which was really nice. Having 3 full baths is really nice for 6 people after a day at the beach!! Getting in was a mess because the place is hosted through an external rental agency, so we had incorrect main door and front door codes. We had to call several times because the instructions were unclear. They have a non-airbnb link that you have to go to in order to get instructions to get in, and there are conflicting door codes in several places. Check in also was listed as 3, but then they said actually it's 4 (it's listed differently in different places). This was very frustrating for the first day, but once we figured out all of the correct codes, everything was fine and we had a really great stay. I would not hesitate to call their help line if you can't get in.
