The back patio is fully enclosed and ideal for grilling, relaxing, or spending time with your furry companion. Both upstairs master suites feature in-suite full bathrooms with shower-tub combos, large walk-in closets, and smart TVs. The guest master includes a large desk, ideal for working remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi. This is a great place to stay! A block and a half to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and peaceful even though neighbors are close and we had the windows open at all times. We went in August when it was 80° out, so it was pretty hot for SD. There are a lot of fans provided, but if you have trouble sleeping if it’s warm go ahead and rent the AC. The carpets are stained up and aged, but it’s a beach rental and the photos/listing are accurate. We brought our dog so it was perfect for us. They cleaned it well and everything was comfortable, including the beds. There are plenty of towels and a washer/dryer if needed. Overall, it was a very restful stay, and the price was right for the place. We’d stay there again!

Great location!!! Just blocks from the beach, markets, and restaurants yet still tucked away with just enough privacy. Place was clean, very spacious, and included all the amenities described. Appreciated the full, private bathrooms for each room upstairs. There were Lots of pillows and blankets for all of our guests to stay comfortable. Really easy check-in with door code and host was very responsive. Would definitely return!

Our stay at this 3 bedroom condo in Pacific Beach was as described and met our expectations. Location was great...within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. As others may have mentioned, the condo could use some updating...personally, I'll take cleanliness and location over updating any day! In summary, we would stay here again!
