The open, California-style kitchen is sleek and modern, equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs. The cozy living room features a 50-inch flat screen TV and a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with 4 breakfast bar stools for casual meals. Both bedrooms are furnished with new queen beds, 50-inch flat screen TVs, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The two bathrooms, conveniently located off the hallway, offer walk-in showers with glass doors, single sinks, and toilets. Outside, the private, fenced front yard provides a peaceful space to unwind with lounge chairs or fire up the BBQ for an evening meal. You’ll also find parking for one large car or two small cars in tandem right next to the building. For your comfort, a portable A/C unit is provided to keep things cool.
