Heart of MB, steps to the beach, garage and bikes

The place was great and looked even better in person than in the pictures. The location is amazing and the bakery below the apartment is really good. Nancy’s realty group was very good about communicating. The only issue we had was one of the three box fans that were provided did not work (was like that when we arrived). Other than that, it was a great experience.

We had a great stay. It checked all the boxes for three generations. The host was easy to communicate with and the neighbors were kind and helpful.

Perfect location, walkable to all you will need! We really enjoyed our stay, with plenty of room. It was hot with no air-conditioning, but they brought us a couple more fans, which was nice. Also, parking is extremely tight, but nice that there is parking provided. They were very responsive to any need we had.

We had a wonderful family vacation here and are giving this property 5 stars because, for our priorities, it was exactly what we needed.The location is fantastic. Being just steps from Mission Beach made it easy to enjoy the beach without worrying about parking. The other highlight was the large, open living/dining area. The oversized table became the center of our vacation, where we gathered every evening to eat, play games, and spend time together.That said, future guests should know what they're booking. The condo is very dated and feels like it hasn't been updated in decades. The cabinets, finishes, and décor are straight out of the '90s, so don't expect a modern or upscale rental.The garage is also extremely tight, and the alley is narrow. We drove a Ford Explorer and only fit because the neighboring renters had a smaller SUV. Larger vehicles could have a difficult or impossible time.Finally, the grill was disappointing. It's a very small electric grill outside the front door with no nearby outlet, so we had to run an extension cord from inside.Overall, we genuinely loved our stay because of the unbeatable location and the great family gathering space. If those are your priorities, you'll likely enjoy it too. Just come with realistic expectations—you're paying for the location, not updated finishes or luxury accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic. Beach access was so close, tons of local places to eat, lots going on all around. The house was spacious and well stocked. Comfortable and clean. We would absolutely stay again.
