Beautiful had a wonderful time. It was perfect. Just as mentioned before. Would recommend a light in the stairway near the kitchen door for safety. Thank for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cozy home.

Location can’t be beat. 2 blocks from beach, Belmont Park, and restaurants. Close to everything else you might need! Garage was good size and our large SUV fit well. A little tricky to find the street with the garage and we were often blocked in by other cars so just be warned. Was a bit disappointed by the unit itself which was pretty dated, stains on walls, most amenities were very run down, AC worked ok. Fridge was leaking and we called that out, very responsive. Would be an incredible place with a little bit of maintenance and updating!

I liked the location and being able to see and hear the waves from the upstairs balcony. It is an older building and shows some wear but was clean and comfortable. The ceiling fans, cable, upstairs ac, appliances, bbq all worked as they should. The stairs leading from the outside are quite steep and could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. The location is fantastic being able to be on the beach or boardwalk in just a few steps. The listing calls the patio a rooftop patio and I was pretty certain that was inaccurate when I rented the property. It is not a true rooftop patio but rather a large wraparound balcony. It is nice but is of limited size. Luckily it was just two of us so the small bar height table was adequate for us to eat and enjoy the view. Parking in the area is difficult so the garage was a bonus and fit a 4 door sedan. Great location and overall great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided. Communication was great, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

one of the better rentals I have stayed at! close to Belmont Park! Close to the beach! I loved the top patio to drink morning coffee on. It was a little hard to figure out the entrance but if I followed their instructions better it all made sense once I found the door. But overall will be staying here again! amazing place
