This place was great. Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see. Everything was walkable from Dinner places to grocery store, from the beach to mission bay. The fenced in patio and trees gave us a very peaceful and private feel away from the hustle of summer. Parking in the garage was a bit tight,(there is parking lot about 5 minute walk away) but having a 2 car garage to keep paddle boards and stuff was really nice. Washer and Dryer worked great. They had all of the ammenities needed from beach toys and chairs, bicycles, body boards and skim boards, Umbrella. Everything we could need was at our fingertips. The Unit is very spacious with plenty of room for us relax and windows to allow plenty of light and fresh air. The Bedrooms were amazing. The AC worked great on those days when the Humidity was up, but the ocean breeze alone was more than enough most days to keep us cool. Already looking to come back later this year and this unit is at the top of our list.

It was clean. Easy to get into all the codes worked easily. Location was great! Right in between the beach and the bay
