We had a wonderful stay here and especially enjoyed the view of the beach while relaxing to the calming sound of the ocean waves. This cozy beachy condo is ideal for beach access, walks on the boardwalk, and watching beautiful sunsets. we hope to return some day!

Hello,We stayed at this location with our family, two kids - 6 and 8 years old.Positives: Location - on the beach - on the boardwalk - walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach access.Parking - parking is included with a reserved underground spot. This is huge because parking is crazy.As advertised: The pictures match the description. Great place for us. Hot tub worked, pool was great, view was excellent. The garage storage had buckets, shovels, toys, etc for the kids. Communication host: She was great, and I am very appreciative of her work. We did talk a lot leading up to arrival because we had some snafus. Areas to improve - and they are small - we did have a wonderful time - to be transparent.Two days before we arrived, and right after our payment was processed, we received a phone call that fire alarm construction was going to take place during our stay in our condo room (Comcast style) for two hours between the hours of 8-5. After phone calls and emails, the host changed the construction date. We arrived early (1:30), we called to see if we could park in our spot and were not allowed until check-in at 3:00 - fine - went to Trader Joes to get groceries to unpack at 3:00, and we received a call, while having a grocery cart full of food, that we were not able to check in until 4:30. Cleaning was rushed so we could drop off stuff at 4:15.Small stuff:Dirty windowsone dish towel more beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper.
