Convenient location right near the beach and boardwalk. As described in listing, the bar across the street was very noisy late into the night, especially on the weekends (ended at 3:30am on Friday night). Also as described, the unit had double paned windows and sound machines which reduced the noise, but if we wanted to sleep during peak hours then earplugs were definitely required, and our kids had trouble sleeping all week. Temperatures were in the mid to high 70s during the day, and lows in low 70s and high 60s, which would have been fine except we couldn’t open the windows when we wanted to sleep due to the noise, so the nights were hot inside. We were on the verge of renting the A/C units, but we slept without blankets and ended up fine. Given the price we are satisfied, but next time we will spend a little bit more and find a unit not facing the noisy bar.

this place was great for location. walk 2 minute to the beach, shops and restaurants. Inside was great also. boogie boards and beach equipment. The only thing we didn't like about this place was that it sits between a bar and restaurant. The bar was fine. The restaurant on the other hand is like a club at night. Every night there was fights, police and people yelling and screaming until 3 A.M. . We were there for a week and it was every night. We got no sleep the entire time. So if you are a partier then this is for you. If you have kids and people that dont like to be up all night with Riff Raff then not a place for you.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very walkable, with easy access to restaurants and attractions nearby. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the beds were comfortable. One thing I will call out (this is listed in the description) but the property is next to a bar, and it is noisy/loud at night. Also, there is no A/C, but the provided fans helped make the space comfortable during our stay.
