We truly cannot say enough good things about this place! We loved EVERY second of our stay and honestly did not want to leave. The patio and ocean views alone are incredible. Morning coffee overlooking the ocean, relaxing after a day exploring San Diego, and watching the sunset in the evenings — absolute perfection. We spent so much time out there because the view and atmosphere were just that good. The location could not be better. We loved being right in Pacific Beach and close to everything. The house had everything we could possibly need — the amenities, comfort and thoughtful touches were perfect. This wasn’t just a great Airbnb; it genuinely made our trip better. It felt like our own little slice of Pacific Beach, and we were SO sad to leave. We’d book again in a heartbeat! If you’re considering staying here, BOOK IT. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! It is the perfect location for enjoying the beach and having a super close home base. The unit itself was very spacious and has a great outdoor area right in front with water views. You’re also a 5 minute walk from tons of restaurants and bars. The only bummer was the umbrella provided was broken and we didn’t bring ours because it was included in the amenities, but everything else was great including the beach chairs, boogie boards, and wagon. Overall, highly recommend!

Last minute booking with Nancy’s permission bc we have a small family of 4. Glad she allowed bc her place was exactly what we needed. Walking proximity to beach and restaurants yet a quiet area with little traffic. Love that it has a front porch for morning coffee or afternoon sittings to enjoy the view/breeze. The beach amenities were very useful, especially the bikes! My daughter and I took for a ride along the beach path and it was memorable. Free parking in the back was convenient when we weren’t able to get front street spaces. Overall, we’d enjoyed our stay.
